Meaghan Francella tied for 46th at the Kia Classic in Carlsbad, Calif. at 7-over 295. The Port Chester native pocketed $6,433. Francella is playing this week in the first major of the LPGA season, the Kraft Nabisco Championship, where she has a good history. Francella has tied for fifth at that event two of the last three years.
Andrew Svoboda missed the cut by two strokes at the Chitimacha Louisiana Open in Broussard, La.

well until somebody dethrones him he deserves the press. Although it would have been nice to have an article that featured many players like kaufman, raitano, and miller rather than just miller alone. Please make blog posts for high school golf. People enjoy them and comment on them.
I agree with the old guy, why just write an whole article on miller, he’s not playing with himself,,and yes post updates at the end of every golf week with highschool updates, that would be nice

how the hell can you put christiana at number 2, he’s never even been to states and raitano & kaufman are All-State players
well monster plays for fox lane so there is bias. but christiana was in 2nd or 3rd for differential last year and i know he plays well in tourametetns. christiana might be a better player but he hasnt proved it yet on the high school level
anyone who is a junior or senior and hasnt made it to states does not deserve to be in a top 5 in the section. im sorry. Raitano and Kaufman are 100X better

In my opinion, Miller, Raitano, & Kaufman are going to be the best in the section. It would be awesome to see the 3 of them in a 3 way playoff for first place at the sectional championship
3-way tie would be sweet but highly unlikely. you have to pick miller to win it all since he never has (i think). just too much talent not to win, despite the previous struggles. I can’t wait to see the results of matches to see which teams are the best cause its really a toss up after scarsdale there are about 5 teams that could be considered the 2nd best

why are some schools starting their season this week coming and other school start after next week?
whoever put gelber and christiana on their top five are dumb. seriously these kids cant play golf they have no talent. they’re garbage and whoever put them should be ashamded of their intelligence
