Details: Proceeds benefit Glynwood Institute for sustainable food and farming. The honorary chair is Barbara Fairchild, editor-in-chief of Bon Appétit. The master of ceremonies is Peter Kelly, chef/owner Xaviars Restaurant Group. More than 30 professional chefs and bartenders from Arizona, Ireland and the Hudson Valley will be playing. The program begins at 10 a.m. Dinner and awards begin at 5 p.m.
Cost:For professional chefs and bartenders the fee is $150. For the general public, it’s $250 and there is a May 1 entry deadline.
