It was another productive weekend for Johnson Wagner. The former Garrison resident had a couple of weeks off, but there was no rust. He finished tied for 12 at the St. Jude Classic in Memphis, moving up three spots on Sunday after posting a 5-under par 275 at TPC Southwind.
Another good showing came with a check for $117,600.
Wagner is creeping up the money list and currently ranks 130th. To keep his card, he must finish inside the top 125 in the fall. Wagner is 146th on the FedEx Cup points list.
Meaghan Francella tied for 65th at the LPGA State Farm Classic in Springfield, Ill. with a 3-under 285 at Panther Creek Country Club. The Port Chester native earned $3,815 and is 53rd on the money list.
Nannette Hill went 71-79 and missed the cut at the Duramed Futures Tour’s Teva Championship in Mason, Ohio.
