Nannette Hill shot a 4-over 76 in the final round of the LPGA Qualifying Tournament in Daytona Beach, Fla. today, slipping outside the top 20. The Pelham native finished in a tie for 22nd place at 4-over 364. Competitors were forced to deal with 30-mph wind gusts along with rain and cool temperatures.
Hill earned Category 16 status, which allows her to enter Monday qualifiers and potentially play in the occasional full-field event. That would only happen if a large number of Tour regulars take a week off.
