Mike Miller is getting ready for the next stage of Web.com Tour qualifying and will be in Plantation, Fla. next week at Plantation Preserve Golf Course and Club, looking to grab a spot in the finals Dec. 12-17 at PGA West.
The 21-year-old from Brewster was playing a friendly match at Knollwood on Monday along with his father, Bob Jr., club president, Bob Hughes, and his son, Nick, when he recorded the seventh hole-in-one of his career.
Miller aced No. 3, and only halved the hole. Bob Hughes was on his game, too, and followed with a net ace once the celebrating was over. And in case anyone is wondering, this time, no glass was broken. If you don’t know what I’m referring to, click here.
